Welcome to the world of the Maine Windjammer! We are proud to be the oldest daysailing windjammer in Camden, and we invite you to join us for two hours of adventure on board the beautiful schooner Surprise. Experience Penobscot Bay the way it was meant to be... from the deck of our 91 year old fisherman yacht which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As former teachers we appreciate the chance to share the history of Surprise with our passengers, point out the varied wildlife on Penobscot Bay and explain the lobster fishing industry that is so important to our economy and our sense of place.
